A: We require at least 24 hours prior to local hotel time of 5 p.m. Guests who do not cancel prior to 24 hours before local hotel time of 5 p.m. will be charged a one night's room charge plus tax. Cancellation policy is subject to change and certain types of reservations may be non-refundable.
